Ana Barjasic appointed Obama Leader Europe 2023

Connectology’s Founder and CEO Ana Barjasic has been appointed as 2023 Obama Leader Europe by Obama Foundation, representing Croatia in the program for the very first time.

The Obama Foundation’s Leaders program aims to inspire, empower, and connect regional cohorts of changemakers to accelerate positive and lasting change in their communities and throughout their region.

Obama Foundation Leaders hail from a wide variety of nations and territories, work across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, and address a full range of social impact issues.

The Leaders Europe program identifies emerging leaders working in government, civil society, and the private sector who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing the common good. It aims to build a growing network of innovative and values-based changemakers who seek to drive change in their communities while developing and supporting one another.  

The 2023 program culminated by Obama Foundation Leaders convening with President Obama in Athens, Greece.

The Leaders program launched in Africa in 2018, expanded to Asia Pacific in 2019, and inaugurated Europe in 2020. The Obama Foundation recently announced a new program in the United States.
