This March, Connectology team once again joined South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, Texas, one of the most globally influential gatherings of innovators, investors, and changemakers. Known internationally for bringing together leaders from tech, business, creative industries, and public policy, South by Southwest (SXSW) serves as a powerful platform for sharing ideas that shape the future.
This year’s edition was no exception, featuring cutting-edge discussions on AI, sustainability, startup ecosystems, and global innovation trends. Among these, Connectology stood out through its active participation, reaffirming its commitment to leading global conversations on the future of entrepreneurship and investment.
Connectology team members Ana Barjasic, Buke Cuhadar, and Vladyslav Saviak held a session focused on de-risking startup investment in volatile markets, emphasising the increasing need for startups to go beyond ideas and demonstrate traction, adaptability, and long-term strategy, core principles. Connectology promotes in its day-to-day work with founders and investors.
Furthermore, Connectology’s strategic advisor Paulo Andrez presented key takeaways from his best selling book Zero Risk Startup, providing founders with a framework to minimise risk and scale with confidence. The session concluded with a book signing, where all copies were sold out, reinforcing the current need for actionable advice in the entrepreneurial environment, and Zero Risk Startup’s ability to provide it.
