Connectology is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager responsible for shaping the marketing strategy of Connectology and three associated brands.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Full-time
- Remote work
- 12-month contract, with the potential to extend
- In addition to remuneration, an annual performance-based bonus
- Occasional travel within Europe
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee, develop, and deliver an effective marketing strategy to promote our brands and drive growth within our business
- Create effective marketing campaign plans for our Team to assist them in achieving their unique objectives
- Identify marketing opportunities, trends, best practices, and recognize client needs and behaviour
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our websites, blog, social media that attracts our target groups; develop strategic relationships, and partner with key industry players
- Work collaboratively with our Team and ckients to share information required to boost performance
- Manage the marketing budget, and monitor and report on marketing performance
- Plan and contribute to the organization of events
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent in experience. A Master's degree is an advantage
- Proven experience in a Marketing role at the managerial level (minimum 3+ years)
- Excellent English – written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
- Good understanding of European startup and investment ecosystem
- Excellent communication, collaboration, writing, and networking skills
- Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing channels
- Team player and able to work independently
- Resilient and able to cope with tight deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
